Shipping and Delivery

The delivery time depends on whether products are currently in stock. Our goal is to deliver your product within 1 working day. For certain product models, the delivery time can be 1 to 50 working days.

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have 30 days to return your product (NOTE: Special orders and automatic burners cannot be returned). You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bioethanolhaarden.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 1 - 2 days after registering your return.

All orders under 30 kilos are delivered to your home via DPD.

All orders over 30 kilos will be delivered to you by our own delivery service.

As soon as we receive your order, we will make a delivery appointment with you when we will deliver and at what time.
