RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have unlimited days to return your product. You will then be credited with the order amount excluding shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bioethanolhaarden.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 1 - 2 days after registering your return

You as a customer are responsible for the return shipment until it has been returned to us.

(PLEASE NOTE: Special orders and automatic burners cannot be returned). Other products can only be returned if they have not been used or assembled .
